Also I agree with the comment below the video stating how God is not loving if he can condemn those who are uninformed. I have always believed this and, in believing this, I have my own idea of God. I believe if you truly strive to be a good person while accepting that there is a higher power and all that religions mumbo-jumbo, you get into heaven. Either that or there is a purgatory for those who were either misinformed or uninformed. I also believe that pressuring one into a religion is wrong and will drive said person away so converting isn't my thing. The information is out there, if someone wants it, <3Google<3 it ffs.
Though, we are supposed to believe that God is perfect, all knowing, and in believing such our imperfect selves cannot possibly fathom his thought processes and the like. It's all very confusing.
the replies of the video are mostly people saying how the letter is framed in some church in their town or that they got one also and really odd stuff.
That video was pretty sweet i thought, though i tend to cringe whenever i hear the name jesus, cause it brings up all sorts of distaste for religion and such, however the story that the letter portrays was interesting, and so was the poem at the end.
Every time i hear the name jesus in that 'letter' im thinking 'Shit, i wonder how many religious zealots are going to latch onto it, take it too seriously, and make it their personal mission to go save everyone so that this "Wont happen again." I only have one thing to say.. Just dont bother me!'
what got me is the fact that this person who wanted to be a cristian was trying to codemn his freind to hell because he didnt "spread" the word i mean isnt that contradictory arnt you supposed to accept 'Jesus' isnt it supposed to be your responsibility?
