The problem?

Java updated itsself and no longer sends cookies in the posts, so my website had no way to know you were logged in.

It used to work fine, but then java updates and changes functionality and so existing applets like that (which I did not write, btw) cease to work.

Anyways, I replaced it with a standard http upload.

Of course, liquid *could* just fix the java applet uploader, but I don't think that's one of his priorities ;)

I pondered over the operation of this DG uploader, and on discussion about it, apparently it cannot upload locally saved images, so id have to upload the images via the forum upload anyway, and then re-upload them to a gallery which has not been created yet. It already takes too many steps to upload an image, adding 2-3 more does not seem all that efficient.

Everytime you don't use the dg uploader god kills a small village.
