I'm getting kind of sick of reading these. The bastards.

I really hate our two-party political system. OK, I hate a lot more about it than that, but the two-party system probably irks me more than most things. Why must the party that wants to expand civil rights and liberty insist on socialized medicine? Why must the party that supposedly supports a conservative financial policy insist on war-mongering--and why are they infested with right-wing Christians?
It's insane. It's like any choice you want to make is burdened with a suitcase of garbage.
It's a system that let's disgusting people like this guy thrive.
I've often expressed my distaste toward people who pretend to care about the suffering of those halfway around the world--it's silly transparent phony sadness. You don't care about people you don't know.
This is the opposite side of the coin. The people we
do care about are those who share our circumstances. We feel a natural empathy for those who've faced the same hardships we have.
That a gay man would use his political power to repress other gay people frustrates the hell out of me.
