I got it from www.animemusicvideos.org but I can't find it there now.. perhaps it was removed, or renamed.

But I think that's already encoded to FLV, so the quality isn't any better.. I know if u can find it on animemusicvideos.com it iwll be a lot better, cause all their videos are like 200+ megs.
